Refund policy.

Digital products
We’re not able to offer refunds on digital downloads once your download link has been delivered. You’ll be asked to confirm this before purchase.

Courses & services
Our refund policy for online courses or services will be clearly stated at the time of booking. In general:

  • You can cancel up to [e.g. 7 days] before the start for a full refund

  • After that, we may offer credit or transfer where possible

Physical products
If we offer physical products in the future (like printed guides or merchandise), you’ll have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

To return a product:

  • Email us within 14 days of delivery

  • Return the item within 14 days of letting us know

  • You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days.
